How Does Shipping Work?
Most orders will be processed within 3 business days and The shipping time is about 5-15 days (except for remote areas in the United States). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders with Overnight & 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped same day. All shipping costs are set by USPS, FedEx, or DHL & calculated by weight with any duties, taxes, or handling charges included. (Hawaii, Los Angeles, Turkey, Norway, etc. Shipping time is about 5-45 days).

Please note that during busy holiday seasons that the estimated shipping time are not guaranteed even for expedited delivery. However, we will ship orders as fast as possible Monday - Friday 

U.S. SHIPPING:

Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 11:59 PM PST will be shipped next business day via Priority Mail Express. If placed after 11:59 PM PST, orders will ship on the next business day. 

Shipping Time - Does not include the 2 business day processing time. Shipping time begins after your order is shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

UPS & DHL - Any UPS or DHL orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next business day, Monday.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to sender?
Homeyviis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Homeyviis is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

What if I need to make a change to my address?
Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated, please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
